Doreleena is responsible for the marketing and promotion of Systems Change for Health training, and building and strengthening relationships with training hosts and sites. She develops the pre-training protocols and procedures, and ensures effective communication with training hosts and site contacts. She develops and reviews all contracts, prepares and manages budgets, and processes invoices. Doreleena ensures that the full continuum of training – from pre-site arrangements to post-training provisions – exceed customer expectations.

LaQueisa manages the day-to-day operations of the training program including the National Cadre of Trainers for SCH.  She creates and maintains a master training schedule, assesses trainer availability for trainings, manages networking and planning calls, and coordinates with UNC to offer train-the-trainer (ToT) sessions. She develops policies and procedures for the training program and annually develops and executes trainer memoranda of understanding (MOUs). She facilitates planning and debriefing calls with trainers and training clients/hosts. She monitors trainers' delivery of training material for quality assurance and processes continuing education credits for SCH participants, including CHES/MCHES continuing education contact hours. She works under guidance from the PES Director and supervises two training assistants.


Amy Bocian

Program Coordinator, Administration

Amy coordinates revisions of the SCH curriculum in conjunction with the curriculum developers. She manages the documenting and tracking of training activities through the training database. She is responsible for processing training evaluations and trainer evaluations. In addition, she serves as a back-up for SCH registration system. She works under guidance from the training manager.
