Kera Simmons is from New
Orleans, and attended Xavier University Preparatory High School. She is currently a senior at Xavier University of Louisiana and my field of study is
Public Health Sciences. She also works with the program Greater ResOurces Where
Y'at (GROW). This program focuses on implementing healthier lifestyles to
children ages 8 to 18 in urban neighborhoods. She fully intends to attend graduate
school as well.
Christine McComb is currently a
sophomore studying Public Health sociology at The Ohio State University. She is a member of the Little Traverse Bay Band of Odawa Indians and is particularly interested in health disparities around the world.
Nealyn Jherell Lea. A first year biology study student at
the Great Bethune- Cookman University from the city of the Worlds Most Famous
Beach, Daytona Beach, Fl. Nealyn is a proud 5th generation Wildcat who has been
taught to always believe in her self! She is elated to be recognized as a
DHPE student member of 2015!
