2 Diabetes Among People at Increased Risk: The Task Force recommendedcombined diet and physical activity
promotion programs for people at increased risk of type 2 diabetes based on
strong evidence of effectiveness in reducing new-onset diabetes.
Obesity Prevention and
Control: Behavioral Interventions that Aim to Reduce Recreational Sedentary
Screen Time Among Children: The Task Force recommendedbehavioral interventions to reduce
recreational sedentary screen time among children 13 years and younger based on
strong evidence of effectiveness in reducing recreational sedentary screen
time, increasing physical activity, improving diet, and improving or
maintaining weight-related outcomes.
