Join us for a 20-minute coffee break on reporting evaluation findings and ensuring use of the results, the next web-based evaluation mini-presentation.

Evaluation results can measure attainment of program goals, provide information for program improvement, and identify promising strategies; however, there is evidence that evaluation findings are often not used. Unless evaluation results are effectively used, a lot of energy and resources have been invested, yet stop short of the ultimate purpose of an evaluation – to improve organizational/program effectiveness. This Coffee Break presentation will revisit the importance of evaluation reporting, describe key considerations for effective evaluation reports, and explore new and innovative ways to present evaluation findings using social media and other web-based platforms. Additionally, the presenters will provide strategies and tips on how to ensure your evaluation results are driving future program improvement.
