Note: Performance monitoring is required for this initiative. For this reason, awardees are expected to attend these training webinars so they can meet the reporting requirements of the respective FOAs.

WHAT: The purpose of this webinar is to provide an overview and demonstration of how to create progress reports using the Awardee Progress Report (APR) tab within the DCH Performance Monitoring Database. The APR tab will be used by awardees to provide progress updates toward completion of objectives and to develop progress reports for submission to CDC and grants.gov as required in the FOA. The presenters will provide a real-time demonstration of how to create your progress reports using the APR tab and guidance on navigating each field. We will also demonstrate the revised data entry structure for PPOs 1-4 for Category A National Organization Awardees.

PRESENTERS:
• Mark Rivera, Division of Community Health
• Bryan Wilber, ICF International
