This workshop, offered through
the NWI as an ancillary meeting at the CDC conference, Weight of the Nation 2012:
Moving Forward, Reversing the Trend, will provide program
managers and practitioners an overview of workplace health and wellness
evaluation principles that help guide a culture of health. Participants will
learn evaluation tools and reporting and dashboard ideas, and will receive an
evaluation matrix for immediate use. This training will be an interactive
experience led by a well-published faculty with a combined 58 years of
workplace health and wellness work experience. Participants completing the
training will receive an electronic certificate of completion.
After the workshop,
participants will be able to: describe and list the components of an effective
evaluation strategy for a workplace wellness program.apply evaluation tools immediately to their programs.describe different reporting and dashboard strategies
used to gain and maintain stakeholder support. The last day to register is
