for the Roadmaps to Health Prize
and Share Your Community’s Story
Across the country, the County
Health Rankings & Roadmaps have inspired diverse
stakeholders to come together to advance solutions to the health challenges
their communities are facing.
On April 24, the University of Wisconsin Population Health Institute and the
Robert Wood Johnson Foundation will host an informational webinar about the Roadmaps to Health Prize,
a new component of the County
Health Rankings & Roadmaps program that is intended to both
honor and stimulate partnerships and action to improve health at a local level.
Up to six prize-winning communities will be honored in early 2013 and each will
receive a no-strings-attached $25,000 cash prize.
We encourage all
communities to learn more by registering for and participating in this webinar.
We also invite you to share
and learn about the work being done in places like Hernando,
Miss., and San
Bernardino, Calif., to address the many factors that contribute to a
the Roadmaps to Health
Prize video and find out how to apply.
