DHPE's Annual Member Institute will be conducted through a virtual meeting on Thursday, August 2 from 1 – 3 p.m. Eastern Time. This new method for an annual meeting requires flexibility and creativity – something we are all using in a time of limited and dwindling resources.
Please note that this will be an interactive meeting. You will be actively involved throughout the event.
Our guest presenter, Nicole Kunko, Chief, Public Policy at Association of State and Territorial Health Officials, will share insights about the national health policy scene.
Because of its ongoing popularity, state sharing will be part of our meeting. Voting members should submit state sharing through DHPE's website where we can all read about your hard work at our leisure. Please submit your state sharing by July 27, 2012.
We are planning to present awards and pass the gavel to a new board chair during this meeting. Please join us to see how this happens in a virtual environment.
