2012 US Conference on AIDS
Caesar's Palace - Las Vegas, NV
September 30 - October 3, 2012

USCA is the largest annual AIDS-related gathering in the country, bringing together thousands of workers from all fronts of the HIV/AIDS epidemic—from case managers and physicians, to public health workers and advocates, people living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHAs) to policymakers—to build national support networks, exchange the latest information and learn cutting-edge tools to bring an end to the HIV/AIDS epidemic.

The journey toward a world without HIV/AIDS requires the skills, experience and passion that each of us brings to this struggle. NMAC and its USCA program partners hope we can count on you to join us as we renew our spirit and recommit ourselves to ending the HIV/AIDS epidemic.

NMAC and its USCA program partners have issued a call for abstracts to solicit proposals from people working in the field of HIV/AIDS interested in convening a seminar, workshop, roundtable or poster presentation.

A limited number of scholarships will be available for current dues-paying members of NMAC or USCA program partners. Scholarship applicants can select from either:
  • Option A: Registration only, or
  • Option B: Registration, $100.00 travel subsidy and two nights lodging at an official conference hotel.
Scholarship recipients who qualify for Option B will receive the travel subsidy onsite when they check in at the conference. To receive the two complimentary nights of lodging at an official conference hotel, recipients must make their own hotel arrangements, and submit the room confirmation number to the conference registrar if they are awarded a scholarship.
