Train the Trainer Recruitment
Shaping Policy for Health: DHPE’s
Competency-Based Health Policy and Environmental Change Training
DHPE
is recruiting trainers to help disseminate the association’s
new curricula, Shaping Policy for Health: DHPE’s
Competency-based Health Policy and Environmental Change Training.
Ten
to 12 people will be selected and trained to deliver the new
curriculum in 2010.
DHPE
is looking for trainers with a rich background in public health and
health education training, technical assistance, and health policy
and environmental change. Strong skills in conducting
workshops utilizing adult learning principals, public speaking, and
working in training teams are desirable.
Experience developing and advocating for policy change is also desirable.
