Joan Stine is the Maryland Director, Center for Health Promotion,
Education and Tobacco Use Prevention. She has a Masters of Health Science Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and also a Master
of Science Counseling Psychology from Johns Hopkins University. Presently,
she is a Doctoral Candidate at Johns
Hopkins University.
